Hi Pat,

Here is a proposed lead sheet for our agents that keeps them out of Odoo. It's built to be easy for a 60-plus agent: large text, big buttons, six plain choices and nothing to log into. It works on a phone.

This is a mockup with example data, so nothing is sent anywhere. It isn't in Odoo yet, but it can be set up quickly.

Try it the way Lon would:

1. Read who the lead is, where they came from and their message.
2. Tap the big green phone number.
3. Tick "I called", choose "Send a quote", set the quantity, add a note and press Send.
4. Press "Show what happens 3 days later". You'll see the quote and the reminder in the history, and the form ready for his follow-up call.

Once you're happy with it, I'll share it with Lon to test. Let me know if the six "what happens next" choices are right.
